This reverts commit 80e2ccc. Adds playwright build to github action.
In v3 playwright was changed to be an optional dependency

Follow up to #29 , now with the ability to customize the build environment we can get the
mermaidclass diagrams rendering.In the most recent release of LinkML they have made the Class diagrams act as hyperlinks to the actual class documentation themselves, pretty nice feature. Except there is a slight bug I think I found, so maybe we wait until this is fixed: linkml/linkml#2550
Or we could revert to the older class diagrams which do not have links.
