Fix CA bundle path for Fedora 44#604

Fedora 44 no longer provides /etc/pki/tls/certs/ca-bundle.crt. The CA bundle is now at /etc/pki/ca-trust/extracted/pem/tls-ca-bundle.pem. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
