Updated our
scripts/directory to use Typescript files since we can run them directly with node these days.There is one outstanding (existing) compilation issue from
import { getChanges } from "./changes.ts"because there is nogetChangesmethod. Once that's resolved I can get it resolved in here tonpx tsc --noEmitpasses again. I think the proper replacement might begenerateChangelogContentbut the params are different.
