This is the initial release for RUHMI Framework for RZ/G3E with Ethos-U55 enabled.
RUHMI Framework provides AI model compiler powered by Mera(TM) 2.0 from EdgeCortix enabling AI model optimization and deployment.

The release includes the following:

• The binaries and whl files, MERA RZ/G3E Support Packages, to install AI model compiler, to build the environment for converted AI model to run on the target system.
