Open the Simplified Age structure.R file with RStudio and follow the annotated code. The excel files are

1. deaths.csv : Deaths and peak point prevalence in the data
2. maxinfec.csv : peakpoint prevalence in three scenarios
3. agedeaths: deaths in each age group in three specific scenarios
4. CovidDeaths: Surface plot of deaths
5. CovidInfections: Surface plot of peak point prevalence Input files:
6. population: Ontario population
7. conposcovidloc: PHO file for age specific outcomes of COVID-19
8. ontcovmort: PHO data from May 22nd report, with age standardized values for underestimation factor and age specific infection fatality rates
