Addon Icons

• Switched the icons used on addons page to the one used by discord.
• Changed the placement for icons to be more consistent. reload -> settings -> link -> trash. (depends on enabled -> depends on settings -> depends on source -> always there)
• The github icon is not used in app so that source is linked as a comment and svg is included
