First version in use for Thunder Axis

First release!
For use in your Godot Shooter (mostly) or output .JSON to use it elsewhere?
Maybe one day I'll wanna make a Arduboy shmup with this and get it to output dense-ass binary. We'll see.
All I know is I love shmups so this will see some use.
