    - Add telco5g-konflux as a submodule
    - Update tekton pipelines to rebuild on library change
    - Create a new makefile to call the library helpers for various Konflux maintenance tasks
    - Add rust targets to makefile to allow replicating the Github action locally
    - Update gitignore configuration
    - Add yamllint make target
    - Add yq-sort-and-format make target
