Openshift 3.10 and ASB_1.2 release

Failed for me in the same way as it did for @matzew initially. Still not resolved but commented on openshift/ansible-service-broker#1049. Tried docker system prune --all --force but that didn't help either.

In addition, OpenShift wouldn't start on Mac with the --routing-suffix and --public-hostname flags set.

@matzew got the cluster running, after doing the $ sudo ifconfig lo:0 192.168.42.1 netmask 255.255.255.0 up from the readme 😎

@sjwoodman did you get any chance to re-test this again, with the 3.10 CLI ?

Wondering of this works for @hhiden on his machine (after docker system prune --all --force and with the latest 3.10.0 CLI of Openshift)

Not that urgent - but would be good to sort out.

Works fine on Linux 🐧 😹
