Optional credentials/accounts that upstream has and this fork does not. None of these are required to publish workspaces/todo to GHCR.

Suggested order

  1. Close or ignore this until todo GHCR publish works (Stand up fork GHCR publish pipeline, proven on workspaces/todo #5 + GHCR settings issue).
  2. Wiki: push a first page so catalog-index can write status.
  3. Enable selected disabled_fork workflows only after Actions may create PRs.
  4. Codecov / GitHub App only if we run those jobs here.

    Severity: low — explicitly deferred, no impact on primary GHCR publish pipeline.

    All items in this issue are manual repository administration tasks (external account creation, repo secret/variable configuration, GitHub settings toggles). None can be implemented via code changes or automated PRs.

    Related issues: Parent #5 (GHCR publish pipeline) and sibling setup issues #7 and #8 cover the prerequisite infrastructure. This issue's suggested order already accounts for the dependency on #5.

    Still not needed for the todo GHCR pipeline (#5 closed). Catalog update-status still fails on a missing wiki repo (rhdh-plugin-export-overlays.wiki); enable the GitHub wiki when we want status pages. Everything else here (Codecov, e2e GitHub App, disabled_fork crons) stays deferred.
