Allows up to 3 GPIO pins to be toggled ON/OFF or power-cycled (RESTART) by sending APRS messages from authorized manager callsigns. Pin numbers and names are configurable via the web interface. Pin state is persisted across reboots. RESTART turns the pin off for 15 seconds then back on. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
