docs: fix README header and correct wrong-org badges and links - #1415

- Remove the mangled top (stray 'q' line and leftover badge-replacement self-note) so the project intro leads directly after the badges - Correct all teachlink/backend references to rinafcode/teachLink_backend (CI badge, clone URL and directory, Report Issues link)
