optimizes the binary search used in the blocked XOR filter to use key prefixes, which is both faster and easier on the cache as we avoid bringing the entire key and the filter into cache every iteration, as mentioned in #24666
tbf I've been having some problems with setting up the dev environment and running the necessary tests etc 😅, but I'm still making this pr to have the maintainers take a look, just to make sure I'm on the right track, and to also discuss further optimizations
