Description
Added a distinct error-state illustration (SVG) to the error boundary fallback UI and differentiated its messaging from standard network or loading errors. Included new recovery actions ("Reload page" and "Go back home") as per the acceptance criteria. The styling correctly adapts to both light and dark themes by utilizing CSS variables and
currentColorinheritance.Closes #853
