This PR updates the "101-riverbed-iq-assist-suggest-remediation" runbook to use a Data Store for fetching device health events instead of a subflow integration, and switches from primitive runtime variables to a User-Device entity for input handling.
Key Changes:
- Replaced subflow-based device health event retrieval with a direct Data Store query
- Changed input mechanism from primitive runtime variables to User-Device entity with Data Ocean integration
- Removed dependency on the "Aternity: Get Device Health Events" subflow
