Version 2.0

Version 2.0 does a significant amount of cleanup over version 1.0. In addition, it includes the following:

• Formatting enhancements to remove most box formatting around diagram components
• Similar enhancements to remove many of the arrows within diagrams, to make large diagrams less noisy
• Several smaller fixes
• Removes Batik libraries that are not actually required for formatting

Original, updated version of syntax diagram plugins, tested against DITA-OT 2.5.
