Feature device manager hooked in
Encode simulated poll timestamps in the 100us units decoded by RaftAttributeHandler and use the decoded timestamp directly for single-sample polls. This keeps simulated preview sample timing aligned with the selected rate. Validation: npm run build; npm test; app unit tests; Playwright simple timing checks; full ODL simple/advanced real-device rerun passed.
