For the week of 2016-03-06 to 2016-03-12, "last monday" is Feb 29. Feb 29 1969 is of course an invalid date, so I've switched it to the nearest leap year. See also: https://rt.cpan.org/Ticket/Display.html?id=112762

I know this bug will clear itself up next Tuesday, and won't be seen till 2044, a fix would be nice. |
