Update preamble.tex to fix paragraph formatting

- Change \p command from \paragraph{} to \par\noindent for better spacing
- Adjust paragraph title formatting to apply bold only to title text
- Maintain gray coloring for paragraph numbers

These changes improve the visual separation and formatting of
paragraphs in the generated PDF documents.
