Re-ordering the Rules to sort them into sensible sections. Still a WIP, but the main offenders have been addressed.
Please explain why do you think this change should be in the rules
To make it easier to read and find rules during competition and robot development.
Changes:
~ Moved Field to an appendix
~ Combined & collated some sub-headings throughout Sections 1 - 3
Document is now in a format that the base rules (If the rest was cut to a separate file) is 13 pages, down from 24.
