Ubuntu 20.04 , ROS Noetic, Smacc-viewr installation

Hi,
I am having an issue with the update, please view below the error.
sudo apt update ...

E: Failed to fetch packagecloud.io/reelrbtx/SMACC_viewer/ubuntu/dists/focal/InRelease 402
Payment Required ....
E: The repository 'packagecloud.io/reelrbtx/SMACC_viewer/ubuntu focal InRelease' is not signed.
Is this normal, I have already downloaded the SMACC1 runtime anaylzer, and once I input the key, its working for the moment. I am a bit lost here , since I followed the installation tutorials on the SMACC website, but there is no smacc-viewer for noetic.
sudo apt-get -y install ros-noetic-smacc-viewer...does not work.
For ROS noetic, is the smacc-viewer replaced by SMACC1..?
