Adding tag - "detailed_mechanics"

Idea is about tagging models with detailed meshes for 3d-printing of full mechanism of robot.
In other words models with this tag can be 3d-printed, assembled and it will work without any modification of meshes.

Looks like currently most of models not suited for printing and assemble working mechanics.

What do you think?

That is correct. Most URDF and MJCF models are designed for multi-body physics simulation rather than hardware builds, so they are less detailed than required to actually print and assemble.

Feel free to open a PR adding this tag to the descriptions you find are also buildable (it may even push me to wrap up upkie/upkie_description#9 since the Upkie description uses the same meshes for building and simulating 😁).
