Historical agent-orchestration archive

This directory preserves the process artifacts of the July 2026 formalization: ticket boards, plans, scoping notes, rejected routes, counterexamples, design documents, and handoffs. It is an archive, not a current coordination surface. Status words in these files describe the state when a note was written and may be contradicted by later notes in the same file.

The archive remains useful because it records why statement hypotheses changed, which tempting generalizations are false, where the paper supplied implicit data, and how difficult proof seams were decomposed. Mathematical explanations and source references have therefore been retained even when their surrounding project-management prose is historical.

For current truth use the Lean sources, ../../formalization.yaml, and the repository gates. The maintained documentation index is ../README.md.

As of the owner's G2 sign-off (2026-07-26), everything in this directory is archival. roe-tickets.md (the Γ_R/Labute campaign board — the ground truth for what happened, closed by the G2 entry at its foot) and roe-verification-plan.md (the campaign plan with its dated status block) were the last two live files; they were archived at G2 with the census signed off at nine and the unconditional Γ_R capstone in place.

Γ_R (Roe-candidate) campaign

Design records for the follow-on campaign that verifies a second candidate presentation, Γ_R, against the same finite-target machinery. The mathematical summary is ../roe-campaign-summary.md. The first two rows are live.

Labute campaign (discharging the Γ_R hypothesis) — completed 2026-07-26

The Γ_R result carried one Labute-classification instance as the explicit hypothesis BLabHypothesis, after the owner declined to admit it as a tenth axiom. These records plan and de-risk the proof of that instance, which landed on 2026-07-26 as GQ2.Roe.Labute.bLab (standard three axioms, sorry-free), making the Γ_R theorem unconditional with the census unchanged at nine. Its tickets live on roe-tickets.md; the reviewer-facing summary is the "B3 addendum" of ../literature-axioms.md.

Every Markdown file retained in this directory appears in the tables above. Code comments may link directly to an archived design record when it gives the clearest explanation of a statement correction or counterexample; such a link is documentary provenance, not a claim that the file's task state remains live.
