Adds a new page for real time live streaming. It uses the new
go2rtccomponent in order to provide MSE/WebRTC streaming.It utilizes the same player grid as the Events page. In order to support that a lot of code and components have been generalized to minimize duplication.
In a follow-up PR support for switching to the MJPEG stream will be included.
