fix: restore README star history chart - #108
Conversation
The star history chart in the README is broken because the previous service relies on GitHub's stargazer API, which now restricts access. Point the chart at a working alternative that serves both the chart image and the frontend from a single domain, and update the link to use a hash-based URL.

The README star history chart is currently broken due to GitHub stargazer API restrictions that the previous provider depends on. This updates the chart image and its wrapping link to a working provider so the chart renders again.
Note: this leaves the existing /badge references untouched.
