Add initial configuration for AuditorSEC orchestrator

Add orchestrator-config.yaml to initialize AuditorSEC’s orchestrator for BRAVE1 Sprint BAK-COR-001. Enables parallel runs (max 4), retries, 300s timeout, and wires in CI/CD, monitoring, KPIs, and integrations.

• New Features

  • Orchestrator and defense-audit pipeline: Railway deploy with health check, NATS JetStream topics (audit.events, alert.stream, pqc.handshake), PQC enabled (ML-KEM-768).
  • Monitoring and KPIs: Grafana/Prometheus config, KPI threshold=4 triggers BRAVE1 auto-submit with metrics for scans, PQC handshakes, uptime, and latency.
  • CI/CD and integrations: GitHub repo romanchaa997/Audityzer, Railway service audityzer-master-admin, HF Spaces Audityzer/audityzer-demo and Audityzer/brave1-risk-assistant, workflow hf-deploy.yml; ClickUp auto-updates; n8n deploy notifier; Telegram alerts; exposed-secrets check, PQC handshake validation, and credentials rotation policy.

• Migration

  • Provision required secrets and connections: nats URL, Railway DB creds, and hf_token for GitHub Actions.
  • Verify external resources exist and are reachable: health check URL, Grafana endpoint, HF Spaces, and the hf-deploy.yml workflow.
