hwcv implements a wrapper of stereo block matcher provided by Vitis vision library and uses ament_vitis and co. to synthesize and link kernels. The implemented Stereo Matcher interface can be used as easy drop-in replacement. This PR demonstrates this by adding a third stereo algorithm type which use hwcv::StereoMatcher
