Added support for ROS2 parameters for:

  • multipurpose_io_mode
  • nmea_in_polarity
  • sync_pulse_in_polarity
  • nmea_baud_rate
  • phase_lock_enable
  • phase_lock_offset

…ea_baud_rate, phase_lock_enable and phase_lock_offset to Sensor configuration.
