- publishes the AP information as a diagnostic message - still publishes the SiteSurvey (it is really needed ?? ) - Tested with the firmware Firmware: DD-WRT v3.0-r34320M kongat (01/02/18) - TODO prettify the diagnostic message with the correct names for some values (WIP)
added support to Firmware older firmwares - tested on firmware: DD-WRT v24-sp2 (08/07/10)
not sure if best approach, will be studied in the future another solution with the usage of the remaining functionality

Updated to upstream the ROS distro.
Also publishes the AP information as a diagnostic message to the diagnostic_aggregator package.
Maintain old package structure and functionality, but plans to improve and simplify the usage of the package (WIP)
