This PR makes changes to enable tool path planning, motion planning, and motion execution on multiple areas in one process cycle. It does not yet iterate properly over multiple motion plans in the motion preview. I have not updated the BehaviorTree XML in this repository; I want to iron out the 'proper' execution method in our application before updating this one. (Just so there's fewer XML edits to do.)
