I made some very preliminary steps towards the Conda recipe generation as discussed in our hackathon a few weeks back. I basically copied the RPM generation, renamed instances from RPM to Conda, deleted some old stuff and things we won't need for Conda (OS names and versions etc). I also created a basic template em file.
This is far away from a working state, but hopefully it will start some collaboration in getting this to a basic but working state. I granted to push permissions to the fork @nuclearsandwich @tfoote if you want to play around.
