Converts the 65+ scattered audit touches into one funnel for tool maintainers: the 8 hazard classes with confirmed-instance counts, the 10-minute self-audit using the conformance pack (no runtime install), and an explicit soft reciprocity ask (star / README line / casebook link — nothing mandatory).
