The pimoroni-pico-explorer currently uses the ST7789 driver which is deprecated. Moreover the driver implements a 3.5 years old version of embedded-graphics, which is quickly becoming unusable.
This PR switches to the recommended mipidsi driver. I have successfully tested the example on my own Pico Explorer board.
