My PR does the following:
[x] Native Transfer: Validates simple RBTC sends.
[x] Verified Contract: Mocks Explorer API response to test ABI decoding.
[x] ERC20 Interaction: selector-based decoding for transfer and approve.
[x] Fallback Logic: Ensures unverified contracts display raw data without errors.
[x] Updated README.md with command usage, flag descriptions, and output examples.
