Add a new `swap` command to perform BTC<->RBTC operations via Flyover, including liquidity listing, peg-in/peg-out flows, interactive mode, and optional `--provider` LP selection. Also lazy-load the attestation command to avoid ESM resolution crashes at CLI startup. Made-with: Cursor
