If you "save as", the new copy of the file doesn't show up in the file tree in the sidebar. This commit fixes that.

This is necessary because the save may have created a new document (if it
was "saved as").

Does this happen to fix this issue?

  1. Create a new file.
  2. Save the file.
  3. Change the file and save again.

Where it says the file doesn't exist and it forces you into a save as prompt?
