Refactor code structure for improved readability and maintainability

This pull request updates several dependencies and configuration files to use newer versions, ensuring the project stays up-to-date with the latest improvements and bug fixes. The changes focus on upgrading both runtime and development dependencies, as well as updating schema references.

Dependency upgrades:

• Updated runtime dependencies in package.json, including @next/third-parties, @tailwindcss/postcss, and next to their latest patch versions.
• Upgraded development dependencies in package.json, such as @biomejs/biome, @types/node, postcss, tailwindcss, typescript, and typescript-eslint to newer versions.
• Bumped the pnpm package manager version in package.json from 10.33.0 to 10.33.1.

Configuration updates:

• Updated the $schema reference in biome.json to use schema version 2.4.12 instead of 2.4.10.
