[draft] Refactor Value

(This is a draft until #99 is merged)

Rework the Value enum to:

• Give names to the associated data and allow documenting them
• Allow adding / removing fields to said data, without requiring as much refactoring

The id field is intentionally kept outside the ObjectValue etc struct to make it harder to miss if added/removed from a structure.
