As per title.
changesetsis integrated mainly for local development: it allows you to add a changelog and bump the version of the packages in an automated way locally, prior to committing (see CONTRIBUTING.md).It is not yet integrated into GHA, except for the typescript release (
pnpm release-tsusespnpm changeset publishunder the hood).
