Description of changes:
moby/mobypackage instead ofdocker/docker- same as nerdctl.lima-vm/limapackage as we already uselima-vm/lima/v2.For consistency, we should also update to Go 1.26 and nerdctl v2.3.5 in finch-core and finch-daemon before we merge this.
