This PR aims to remove the rand version ambiguity on Ch2. In the Generating a Random Number we'll use rand version 0.8.6, but in the previous section we have learning how to update to a version 0.9.0, and this upgrade has breaking chandes including the used method rand::thread_rng which has been deprecated in the 0.9.0 version.
