Did the tooling team actually meet at Rust Nation? Or are you just saying members of the tooling committee will be at the full consortium meeting?

We were supposed to meet, but we never did the breakouts. I think it is safe to say we did meet.

This pull request adds the meeting notes for the 7th February meeting. The output table that we have decide upon is not available in a different pull request #175.
