Proposed release notes

Removes the following trust anchors which have passed their distrust-after-last-issuance dates:

  • Entrust Root Certification Authority - EC1
  • Entrust Root Certification Authority - G2
  • Entrust Root Certification Authority
  • AffirmTrust Commercial
  • AffirmTrust Networking
  • AffirmTrust Premium
  • AffirmTrust Premium ECC

Processes upstream removals of the following trust anchors:

* "Entrust Root Certification Authority - EC1"
* "Entrust Root Certification Authority - G2"
* "Entrust Root Certification Authority"
* "AffirmTrust Commercial"
* "AffirmTrust Networking"
* "AffirmTrust Premium"
* "AffirmTrust Premium ECC"

So far I haven't been successful in finding the relevant Mozilla bugs for these changes 🤔

I went looking for this. Today is 398 days after Sat Nov 30 23:59:59 2024 which is the distrust-after-last-issuance date for these certs.
