Vee's decorating (1.6 Update)

This is a XML update of the original "Vee's decorating" mod for RimWorld, updated to support version 1.6.
The original mod was last updated for RimWorld 1.3 and did not load correctly in newer versions due to outdated XML syntax

• Removed unsupported XML fields that caused errors in 1.6.
• Cleaned up ThingDef, TerrainDef, and other defs to comply with RimWorld 1.6 format.
• Preserved all original features and balance — no new content or gameplay changes.
