👋 Hi, I’m @ryancytso, and I did my undergrad at McMaster University in Biomedical Discovery and Commercialization. I did my research thesis in the Stokes Lab, leveraging machine learning techniques for novel antibiotic discovery. I'm currently doing a Master's of Biomedical Informatics at Queen's University, under Dr. Berman and Dr. Tyryshkin, to help pathologists classify 30+ different subtypes of renal cell carcinoma using explainable supervised ML models.
I’m interested in machine learning, data science, and how it can be applied in the healthcare and pharmaceutical space.
