Revision data archive

We made several changes to the model code during the first round of peer review. This release incorporates these changes and archives model output in the current repository state. Changelog:

• LAI is derived from the MODIS product instead of hemiphotos
• Longwave radiation terms are no longer doubled
• Several figure tweaks, including an error in figure 1 that omitted radiometers between 2 and 4 m above ground
• Added an analysis of water availability by calculating AET/PET with the P-M equation.

Preprint data archive (v0.1)

This release captures the data we used to write the paper. This represents what was available from Ameriflux and NEON as of April 4, 2024. These data should exactly reproduce the figures and results of the paper. If you re-run our analysis later on, you may find slightly different results as new data are added.

The attached model_run.zip includes all intermediate data generated by run_analysis, with the exception of the contents of neon_neartower_lidar and amf_tower_data to reduce filesize.
