How to Create an Email Account in cPanel

This guide explains the process to create an email account from the cPanel homepage using the new UI, with unlimited storage and a custom display name.

Steps to Create an Email Account in cPanel

1. Login to cPanel

• Open your browser and go to:

  https://saayamforall.org/cpanel
  

• Enter cPanel username and password.

2. From cPanel Homepage → Click “Email Accounts”

• Scroll down or search for “Email Accounts” under the Email section.
• Click “Email Accounts” to open the email management dashboard.

3. Click the “Create” Button

• On the Email Accounts page, click the blue “Create” button on the right.

4. Fill Email Account Details

In the Create an Email Account form:

• Domain: Choose the domain name from the dropdown.

• Username: Enter the email ID you want (e.g., info, support, name).

• Password: Set a secure password or use the generator.

• Storage Space:

  • Click "Edit" next to “Storage Space”
  • Choose "Unlimited"

5. Finalize and Create

• Optionally check “Send welcome email with client configuration instructions”.
• Click “Create” to finish.

6. Access the Email

• Go to:

  https://saayamforall.org/webmail
  

• Login using:

  • Full email address
  • The password you set
