Summary

Added volunteers assigned dropdown to Request Details page header as per Akshay's new design (Issue #66)

Changes Made

• Added VolunteersDropdown component to RequestDetails.jsx
• Shows total number of assigned volunteers (e.g. "7 Volunteers Assigned")
• On click, expands to show each volunteer's avatar and name
• Currently uses mock data - will connect to real API once backend is ready
