Yeah, the CI is sometimes broken. I haven't figured out why (#66). |

Problem: I believe
vim.opt_global.winborder:get()will return an empty list if user hasn't setwinborder. Thus, Neovim will complain "invalid number of border chars" if neither the global optionwinbordernor the plugins' optionpopup.borderis configured.
