What?

Update Python dependencies to their latest versions.

Why?

Regular dependency updates are essential to maintain security, stability, and access the latest features. These changes ensure the project uses the most up-to-date compatible libraries.

How?

Updated the following dependencies:

• flask from 3.1.0 to 3.1.1
• scipy from 1.15.2 to 1.15.3
• joblib from 1.4.2 to 1.5.0
• threadpoolctl from 3.5.0 to 3.6.0

Updated files:

• Pipfile.lock
• requirements.txt
